The Hellbender Sluice is a configurable power regulation and distribution board that consolidates power management for an entire autonomy stack. It turns a single 9–36 VDC input into ten controlled outputs totaling up to 900W, with a battery connection that can insulate mission-critical compute from unreliable system power.
Key features include:
- Wide 9–36 VDC input for integration into a wide range of systems
- Ten controlled outputs – 1x 5V, 1x 12V, 1x 18V, 4x 24V, and 3x protected, switched passthroughs – for system level power in a single board
- Regulated 18V @ 10A output with a battery connection for optional uninterruptible power to system compute
- Onboard RP2350 microcontroller, configurable over USB 2.0, to adjust output behavior without hardware changes
