RTK GNSS/INS Positioning Board with Raspberry Pi CM4, PoE+ & PPS
The Hellbender Bearing board fuses RTK GNSS, dual IMUs, and a magnetometer into a fully-programmable single-antenna positioning, orientation, and timing solution. Powered by a Raspberry Pi CM4, it can also serve as a GNSS-disciplined NTP or PTP master clock for any system it’s integrated into.
Key features include:
- RTK GNSS receiver for centimeter-level accuracy from a single antenna
- Dual 6-axis IMUs and a magnetometer for reliable orientation, including heading at standstill and low speed
- Fully accessible quad-core Cortex-A72 Raspberry Pi CM4 for developing and deploying custom filtering and positioning algorithms
- GNSS-disciplined PPS output for use as an NTP or PTP master clock source
- Gigabit PoE+ or 10–36 VDC input, plus USB-C, MIPI-CSI, Wi-Fi, and Bluetooth for easy integration
Designed and assembled in Pittsburgh PA, USA
