While she has been part of a start-up before, Dana has never been at one this early, and is eager as a co-founder to help grow Hellbender into a larger company.
Dana’s background in high-stakes engineering for the aerospace industry has helped her learn how to make a lot happen in a short amount of time while meeting stringent standards. Dana brings this experience to Hellbender, where, with her hands-on approach to engineering, she balances designing not only for function, but also for the nuance of the assembler, installer, maintainer, and end customer.
Dana lives in Long Beach, CA with her plethora of plants. She revels in spending time outside, snowboarding and out new hiking trails in the mountains.
