Product Returns

Hellbender provides a 30-day return period for all standard products. If you’re not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a complete refund. To initiate a return, please contact our support team at returns@hellbender.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide instructions for proper packaging and return shipping.

All products must be returned in their original condition with all included accessories and packaging. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that shipping costs for returns are not refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping expenses.

We cannot accept returns on custom-configured hardware solutions specifically built to customer specifications. Additionally, products showing signs of physical damage or improper use are ineligible for return. Opened software licenses and digital products cannot be returned once activated.

Product Warranty

Hellbender products are covered by a comprehensive two-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. This warranty begins on the date of purchase and covers failures due to defects in materials or workmanship under normal use conditions.

If you believe your product has a defect covered by warranty, please contact our technical support team atwarranty@hellbender.com. Our support specialists will work with you to diagnose the issue and determine if it qualifies for warranty service. If warranty service is required, we will provide detailed instructions for returning your product to our repair facility. Customers are responsible for shipping costs when sending products to Hellbender for warranty evaluation, though we cover the shipping costs for returning repaired or replacement products to you.

The warranty does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse, abuse, liquid damage, or any modifications not authorized by Hellbender. Normal wear and tear is also excluded from warranty coverage.
