Gunnar cofounded Hellbender because he feels his core values align with Hellbender’s mission of simplicity and efficiency in design. He appreciates that the company reimagines how products are typically designed and produced, by using building blocks rather than reinventing the wheel every time. It is this design aspect of development that he most enjoys in his work.
Gunnar splits his duties between engineering services work on a variety of projects and helping with the software side of Hellbender’s automated production and related ecosystem.
In the warmer months, Gunnar loves to spend time outdoors hiking and camping. He also enjoys playing board games and video games, as well as following the maker movement.
